Vic Five Eagles Design, LLC is a group of general contractors and designers specializing in the construction of energy efficient homes. We are the only modular home building business in NH that is Energy Star Partner Certified. It is the goal of Five Eagles Design, LLC to provide customized energy star quality homes for an affordable cost. Our business will guide you through all aspects of the home building process. We subcontract for your surveying needs and are licensed for designing your septic system. We will supply you with a general layout for your customized home and budget, which will assist you in securing financing. We can also match you with a mortgage lender appropriate for your project needs. We organize these services for you to make the home building process as efficient and stress free as possible. Vic Victor St.Pierre,

President, graduated with a Bachelors degree from Keene State College and has since been inducted into both Fall Mt. Regional High School and Keene State College's Athletic Hall of Fame for Soccer. He specializes in building site design orientation and soils engineering. He also carries both a VT and NH Septic Design Licenses. Vic has 32 years building contracting experience, 30 years construction management experience, and has been a member of The National Association of Home Builders for the past 25 years. As President of a small business, his company was #1 for construction safety in NH 8 out of ten years and received multiple safety awards going without a single injury for almost a decade. Vic chaired the Economic Development Committee in Charlestown, NH and served as President of the Sullivan County Economic Board for four years. He has served on Conn. River Saving Bank's Board of Directors for the past nineteen years. He has also been selected for " Who's Who Among Worldwide Business Leaders.". Victor started Five Eagles Design, LLC in 2004 doing septic design, construction management, soils engineering and consultation, home site orientation and site work, sustainable design, and ecologically friendly home building. The family company has built 11 consecutive Energy star homes, one of which received a Gold Level Green Builder Certification, only the fourth house in NH to meet these qualifications. Vic Patrick St.Pierre,

Vice President, graduated from Vermont Technical College in 2008 with an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Sciences and Sustainable Design. He has ten years experience in building construction site work. For the past five years Patrick has specialized in sustainability and ecological business and building practices. He has experience surveying with M and W Soils Engineering and worked with FEMA after the catastrophic floods in Alstead, NH to rebuild the effected sites for long term control. Patrick has specialty experience in site orientation and design, working with Green Mountain Coffee designing and constructing self sustaining farming facilities to cultivate approved organic coffee. Patrick has worked with Five Eagles Design, LLC since 2004 where he specializes in site planning. Patrick also estimates and coordinates subcontractors as part of Five Eagles Building management.
